We are a leader in short-term college planning. GetReady4College works for the family, not the colleges or universities. We have helped families learn that they don’t have to eliminate the child’s first choice of school just because they are afraid that the school is too expensive.
Our program shows parents, who haven’t put away funds to pay for college, how to make use of all the methods still available (to them) to save money on college. GetReady4College shows them methods to lower their Expected Family Contribution (EFC), chooses schools that provide the highest percentage of remaining need and finally indicate which of those schools will provide the largest percentage of pure gift aid.
GetReady4College’s extensive report runs all colleges/universities and how they break down their financial aid. We also provide free electronic filing of the FAFSA form throughout the students’ college years, as well as a free negotiation service in attempt to get families an even better deal.
The only thing we sell is our report. We don’t sell specific financial products, although we may recommend strategies that include the purchase of such products. We don’t represent the interests of any college or university. We only have the families at heart.
